Heart and Joan Jett rock The Woodlands Pavilion

Heart and Joan Jett proved sisters are still doin' it for themselves Thursday night at The Woodlands Pavilion. Both acts brought the hits and the fire under a blanket of Houston heat.

The Love Alive tour is Hearts first in three years. The sister act took a pause due to family drama. Dean Wetter, Ann Wilson's husband, pleaded guilty to choking the sons of Nancy Wilson during a 2016 concert in Seattle. He became angry when the boys left open the door to Ann Wilson's tour bus.

Ann Wilson told Rolling Stone last year that it was emotional, super hyper-drama. The sisters went their separate ways and worked on solo projects.

But they're reunited, and for fans, it feels so good.

R&B singer Elle King amped up the girl power with an opening set.

Full review to come.
